Who is responsible
Fulfilld is in the process of being incorporated. Until then, Björn Redig is the data controller for personal data collected on this website. Contact: hello@fulfilldit.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist or request early access, we collect your name, email address and the values you choose in the price calculator (order volume and products per order). If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect information about how you use the website, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies keep the website working and remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies from Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, show us how the website is used. Marketing cookies from Meta and LinkedIn, if we advertise there, help us measure our ads. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page.
Why we collect it
To reply to your request, send you an early access offer and a transport quote, and keep you updated on our launch. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering a request you have made. For analytics and marketing cookies, the legal basis is your consent.
Who processes it for us
Framer (website, form and cookie banner), Google (email, spreadsheets, Analytics and Tag Manager), Telegram (internal notifications) and, if you accept marketing cookies, Meta and LinkedIn. We only use providers that offer appropriate safeguards, such as the EU standard contractual clauses, when data is processed outside the EU/EEA. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is kept for at most 14 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@fulfilldit.com. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time through Cookie settings. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
